-Teach Light Design (DRAM 468), examines the method, theory and application of light and luminous environments for the stage in a combination of presentational format and hands-on experience.  It is intended as an overview for students who want to learn about lighting design and electrical work.  The students deal with the process of lighting design from script to stage including, but not limited to, the script analysis, the researching of light and luminous environments, the programming of light consoles, basic light plot drafting conventions, and a beginning look at advanced lighting technique.

-Teach Sound Design (DRAM 465), examines the method, theory and application of sound and audible environments for the stage in a combination of presentational format and hands-on experience.  It is intended as an overview for students who want to learn about sound design and sound engineering.  The students deal with the process of sound design from script to stage including, but not limited to, the script analysis, the researching of sound and audible environments, the construction of sound effects, recording techniques and system set-up.

-Teach Advanced Light Design (DRAM 821), continues to examine the method, theory and application of light and luminous environments for the stage with a stronger emphasis on the connection of the nature of light to the larger theatrical media.  The students sharpen abilities to plan illumination for any luminous environment and show a mastery of the necessary documentation for a Lighting Designer and Mater Electrician.

-Teach Advanced Stagecraft (DRAM 260), examines the various elements of Technical Production for the stage.  Students will have a practical understanding of the various elements and the interaction of those technical elements.

-Teach First Year Seminar Spectacle in the Theatre (DRAM 083), examines the major design areas’ (scenery, lighting, costume, and sound) role and function in the theatrical collaborative process and the common design process among those areas.
